Dr. Peter was born in India and raised in Bahrain. He moved back to India for dental school, where he received his BDS degree from Chennai. Dr. Peter worked as an Associate Dentist in India before moving to the United States to pursue a Master of Public Health degree from West Chester, PA. This experience broadened his scope about the public health systems in the United States. Dr. Peter then received his DDS degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Peter practiced for a few years as an Associate Dentist in Golden, Wheatridge, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Aurora. Dr. Peter strongly believes in continuing education and has received post graduate training in treating Occlusion and TMJ related problems with the prestigious Dawson Academy. He holds himself to the highest standard of care and brings in expertise with care and compassion.
Professional memberships and affiliations
Dr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Norman), Washington University (St Louis) and
completed his GP Residency at Chelsea Naval Hospital (Boston, MA). He has practiced clinical dentistry
in Denver, Colorado since completing his military tour.
He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and has served as President of the Colorado
Prosthodontics Society, The Society for Occlusal Studies, and the American Equilibration Society. He has
also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Board of Orofacial Pain.
He has been a case examiner of Prosthetic dentistry and TMD/Orofacial pain patients for the Colorado
Board of Dental Examiners. He has also served as a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of the American
Dental Association in the area of intervention studies of Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis statistics.
He has been designated a 'Top Dentist in Denver' in 5280 since its inception in 2004.
